What You’ll Do

As a PRN SLP, you’ll deliver personalized, one-on-one care in the home setting, helping patients regain and maintain essential communication and swallowing functions.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Perform OASIS-based assessments and ongoing re-evaluations

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and goals

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

• Adjust plans of care based on patient progress and needs

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current, active SLP license in Michigan

• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (home health preferred, not required)

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

• Willingness to travel within the Ludington/Big Rapids coverage area

• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, positioning patients, etc.)
