About the Role
This role is toProvide actuarial support for new products/ initiatives launch
Develop and propose product pricing templates based on market and sales proposition.
Develop product approval documents, user requirements and other related documents before new products go live.
Review and provide feedback for training materials, product submission documents to MEF, and marketing materials to ensure they are aligned with the product pricing model.
UAT testing on iPos to make sure the premium calculation, all related wording or sentences in the sales quotation are fully aligned with the product pricing model.
UAT testing on IL/COAST system to make sure they are all aligned with the product pricing model.
Support product enhancement related projects
Support the system testing and UAT for day2 items.
Support day2 features such as requests for changing payment mode, changing sum insured and premium after policy issue.
Other actuarial related support
Monthly tracking of new products after launch.
Calculate persistency for each sales channel for monthly reporting and compensation schemes calculation.
Handling pricing-related customer service queries.
Mentoring 2 junior actuaries for the BAU tasks and support required.
