Responsibilities:

• Under the guidance of the JLL Test Lead, conduct Performance Testing to support JLL’s global transformation and migration projects.  Assist with the day-to-day performance testing of various web, UI and mobile applications and ERP applications.
• Design and execute performance, load, stress, spike, and endurance tests across applications, UI, APIs, Mobile and databases.
• Undertake testing activities such as formalizing the performance test strategy, test planning, identifying the test loads and test buckets, test script creation, test reporting and co-ordinating the test environment maintenance and refresh and readiness activities with the respective teams for various testing initiatives.
• Publish test plan, execute tests, collect & analyse test results after each cycle and co-ordinate signoffs. Prepare detailed status reports, update test cases and track all defects and issues. Provide regular updates to the test lead and the management.
• Analyse test results thoroughly to identify bottlenecks and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for a faster resolution.
• Work closely with other teams/vendors to connect front-end components with the other (often third party) web and data services, and support the back-end developers by integrating their work with the application. 
• Mentor less experienced analysts on proper standards/techniques to improve their accuracy and efficiency.
• Integrate performance and functional tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing. Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and performance benchmarks across the lifecycle.
• Leverage APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics) for diagnostics and real-time performance monitoring
• Performs Functional Testing, System testing, Integration testing and assist with user acceptance testing as needed. 
• Develops technical understanding of how the data flows from various source systems and maintains required documentation for training and supporting needs such as training documents, job aids etc.
• Consults with the business to develop documentation and communication materials to ensure accurate usage and interpretation of JLL business requirements. Provide on-going support to applications used within the organization.

Experience & Education        

• At least 8 years of IT experience with good technical skills preferably with a computer science background.
• At least 5 years of working experience testing advanced web and mobile applications using Performance testing tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter and Stress Stimulus.
• Experience testing PeopleSoft or other ERP applications is preferred.
• Experience with API Testing and familiarity with HTTP/s, REST, JSON etc protocols.
• Experience with APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Oracle Performance monitor etc.) for diagnostics and real-time performance monitoring.
•  Experience with Test management tools such as ADO, HP ALM or any other test management tools. 
• Reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
•  Exceptional debugging skills and strong experience with automation testing tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent technical, analytical and organizational skills.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

Mandatory:

• Strong proficiency in JMeter, Blazemeter and Stress Stimulus.
• Experience with Relational Databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience with Web & API Testing and familiarity testing HTTP/s, Rest APIs

Preferable:

• Experience in automating enterprise resource planning (ERPs) applications such as PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, SAP, SalesForce, Workday etc.  
• Experience with Automation testing tools and test management tools such as ADO.
• Experience with performance testing methodologies and tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, Stress Stimulus or any other tools.
• Experience working on large multi-national implementations spanned across multiple countries and time zones and familiarity with On-Shore/Off-shore work models.
• Familiarity with Development of re-useable frameworks, libraries to be used by multiple development teams
