Clinic Snapshot

We're currently looking for a skilled and motivated leader to step into a Medical Director role within our team. This is a unique opportunity to mentor, collaborate, and take ownership of our surgical standards and protocols while still enjoying the support of a strong, experienced team. If you're passionate about high-quality medicine and ready to lead, we'd love to connect.

  • Practice type: GP

  • Avg. daily patient volume: 14 /day

  • Support staff ratio: 2 : 1

  • Case mix: Wellness, surgery, dentistry, urgent care.

  • Technology & equipment: Digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house labs, dental rads

  • Team culture: Supportive, collaborative, and people-first with a strong focus on mentorship, quality medicine, and genuine relationships with both clients and teammates.

You are a veterinarian who is:

  • Passionate about patient care and long-term client relationships

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)

  • Compassionate, client-centered approach to care

  • Strong communication and client-education skills

  • Experience as a Medical Director or in a leadership role
