As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding and refining various components within systems or applications, ensuring they perform efficiently and scale effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to agile methodologies are integral parts of the daily workflow, enabling the delivery of high-quality software products that align with organizational goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Strong experience in developing scalable server-side applications using JavaScript and related frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts and hands-on experience with cloud service deployment and management.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Node.js.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
