In this role you will manage project resources, schedules, and financials, as well as adhere to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
On a typical day you will:
Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks & issues, communicating across leadership.
Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
Manage project scope and changes.
Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Experience in Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close
Proven ability to work collaboratively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff
Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Flexible work hours when needed to align with counterparts at other Otis locations
Support diverse and inclusive work environment
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree of Digital Technology, IT, MIS, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
4 to 7 years of project management hands on experience, including tracking and planning projects
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office, PPM tool such as Planview
PMP Certification required
Fluent in English.
