The Role

Are you passionate about building modern, dynamic web applications?
We are looking for a Junior Frontend Developer to join our team and contribute to exciting projects that impact real users.

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React (preferred), Next.js or Vue.js.
• Consume RESTful APIs and collaborate closely with backend developers and UX/UI designers to deliver complete solutions.
• Participate in agile development cycles (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute to continuous improvement using Git as version control.
• Support active projects (e.g., Holcim) where agility, quality and ownership are key.

Required Skills

• Up to 3 years of experience in frontend development.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; basic Git usage (branches, pull requests).
• Familiarity with React, Next.js or Vue.js (any is fine at a junior level).
• Currently studying or graduated from a systems-related field (exceptions may be considered).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Basic testing familiarity (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and simple refactoring.
• Understanding of API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Accessibility awareness (basic WCAG concepts) and component libraries (e.g., Storybook, Material UI).
• Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders (customer-facing mindset).
