Job Description Summary:

The Associate Development Manager supports OhioHealth Learning to research, help create, implement, execute, and direct leadership development programs. The Associate Development Manager is responsible for the newly fashioned Train-the-Trainer program. The Manager will recruit, train, and oversee the facilitation team and content delivery throughout the OhioHealth system. This team will support the New Associate Orientation, Learning 4 Life, Customer for Life, and other initiatives.

The Associate Development Manger supports and enhances the development of OhioHealth associates across the continuum of their career, with specific emphasis placed on providing foundational development skills that support their career journey and pathway to leadership roles or horizontal growth opportunities at OhioHealth.

The Associate Development Manager also oversees the strategy and delivery of cohort associate development within the organization. In collaboration with section and system partners in the delivery and execution of High Potential programming. The Associate Development Manager creates, monitors, and maintains measurable goals and objectives for each development program and its participants.

Additionally, the Associate Development Manager develops and is accountable to achieve annual measurable balanced scorecard metrics involving financial performance and operations, quality of services and satisfaction of clients. This is a hybrid position and requires in-person attendance.

Responsibilities And Duties:

Directs Associate Development Programs: Collaborates with appropriate professionals to design and develop best in class programs. Responsible for the implementation and evaluation of all programs for associates, and responsible for the implementation and evaluation of cohort programs to enhance associate skills. Enhances and expands current suite of offerings to ensure experience is best in class. Works to connect all programs to internal talent review process. In collaboration with section and system partners in the delivery and execution of High Potential programming. Collaborates extensively with OhioHealth Learning on course development and with HR business partners and Talent Management/Organizational Effectiveness consultants in the delivery of programs.
 
Pursues Continuous Learning: Identifies and masters best practices in the leadership and development field. Identifies strategies and opportunities for continuous improvement for the programs and for personal professional development.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree (Required)

Field of Study: Human Resources, Business or a related field required. 5+ years of Organizational, Supervisory, Associate Development, and Effectiveness or related Experience required.
