We’re hiring a select group of licensed agents to build our brokerage team at Divvy Realty. We offer the opportunity to expand your career by creating or growing your team with us! We provide our agents with a top-of-the-line CRM , including a turnkey marketing center where you can market your business and post to your socials in just a few clicks using our provided custom templates or your own custom designs.
We’re invested in helping our agents grow their businesses by providing a steady flow of buyer and seller leads. And we have opportunities unique to our brokerage that allow you to grow your listing business by listing our Divvy-owned homes for sale. This is an opportunity only offered to our Divvy Realty agents that you won’t find anywhere else.
If you’re looking to start your own team or expand one you already have established, our brokerage-provided tech tools will help save you thousands of dollars in costs to cover your agents. Instead of taking that financial burden on your own, we partner with you to provide your team with top of the line systems and resources, so that you can focus on developing your agents and driving their sales.
Our CRM also provides you with lead scoring, so you know which leads to focus on; lead matching, so you can be proactive with your leads and your own full featured website so your business portrays the professional you are. We provide our agents with buyer and seller leads, plus potential access to exclusive company provided listings.
