Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, Evaluate and select AI-based SaaS solutions, with a preference for familiarity with the UBS procurement process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop AI solutions using Azure AI services and OpenAI models. •Preprocess data, perform feature engineering, and optimize models to enhance AI performance. •Work with diverse data sources (on-premises, cloud-based, APIs) and apply advanced cleaning techniques to improve AI system reliability. •Implement data governance and security controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. •Stay up-to-date and hands-on with the latest technology developments, e.g., Azure Cloud, Data, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks & RAG patterns. •Troubleshoot and optimize AI systems, exhibiting excellent problem-solving skills. •Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. •Work in an agile environment utilizing the Scrum framework. •Deploy and manage scalable AI applications using Kubernetes on Azure (AKS) and Kubernetes Event-Driven Autoscaling (KEDA). •Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure Data Services, AI Agents & Workflow Integration. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with modern frameworks and tools for software development. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments. - A university degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - Proficiency in Python and/or other programming languages - Experience with Azure Services and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). -Experience with NoSQL databases like CosmosDB, Vector Databases. -Proficient in FastAPI, Pydantic, Pandas, and generative AI frameworks such as LangChain and Langraph -Familiarity with the latest developments in AI, such as GPT-5, to leverage these technologies for data generation, transformation, and analysis. -Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
