Work Schedule: Mon-Tue-Thu-Fri-Sat

Hourly Rate: $17.00-$20.00 (BOE)

Position Summary:

Responsible for ensuring that all required paperwork and payment are submitted by Drivers on a daily basis.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure that all required paperwork and payment has been submitted by the driver.
• Ensure that all invoices have been properly signed.
• Submit payments to the AR Clerk.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, customer service and telephone skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Equipment / Tools / Technology:

• Desktop computer
• Spreadsheet, word processing, email, internet, traffic routing and Hours of Service applications.
• Calculator
• Telephone head-set
• Office printer/copier/facsimile machine

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• High School/Equivalent

Other Requirements of the Position:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule according to seasonal demands
