Summary: As an Operations Engineer for Application/Cloud Support, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve working with IBM WebSphere DataPower and ensuring smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for IBM WebSphere DataPower and ensure smooth functioning of the systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution. - Monitor and maintain the production systems and services, ensuring high availability and performance. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides. - Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24x7 support for critical production issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in IBM WebSphere DataPower. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Experience in supporting production systems and services. - Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols. - Experience in scripting languages such as Python or Bash. - Experience in monitoring tools such as Nagios or Zabbix. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IBM WebSphere DataPower. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
