We are looking for an Intern to join the team in Singapore.

The Global Product team plays a central role in Franklin Templeton’s success by creating, maintaining, and supporting investment products across the firm. The team operates with a flat, collaborative structure that encourages idea sharing, learning, and development at all experience levels. With colleagues based globally, the team works closely through virtual collaboration, fostering an open and supportive culture. As a central hub, the team partners with many departments, giving interns broad exposure and insight into how the business operates end to end.

How will you add value?

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support large-scale projects by documenting requirements

  • Track action items and follow up with relevant departments

  • Respond to business queries using product information

  • Document processes to improve project consistency

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Complete research for projects and regulatory requirements

  • Collect market data for the product strategy team

  • Analyze competitor and investment trend data

  • Deliver independent research projects assigned by the team

What will help you be successful in this role?

Experience:

  • Strong interest in the financial services industry

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Soft Skills:

  • Eager to learn and ask questions

  • Team-first mindset and strong collaboration

  • Clear verbal and written communication

  • Confident presentation skills

  • Motivated to build relationships with leaders and peers
