​As a Medical Affairs Compliance & Operations Analyst, you will be expected to develop and monitor the processes involved in the Medical Affairs area from start to finish. Knowledge of platforms and internal policies, related to the area and involvement with related areas such as Marketing, Sales Force, Compliance, Regulators and specific interactions with HCPs and HCOs are required.

This position requires strong attention to details, organization, agility in delivering tasks, dealing well with short delivery deadlines, learning and updating digital platforms, professional ethics, ensuring complete technical and operational support in the medical field.

Business contributions:

- Know and apply in a coordinated and complete way the work tools for cross-functional partners to meet business and organizational goals.

- Determine priorities, define and manage work and expectations to meet M&TA objectives.

- provide technical assessments based on domain and experience that help in the processes that manage and manage improvements in the MA area.

- Collaborate to ensure executive excellence of MA projects/programs.

- Engage with cross-functional colleagues and partners.

- Be willing to train, develop and improve your performance through assessment, coaching and continuous feedback.

Job Qualifications

Ideal candidate:

- Practical and truly proactive profile.

- Previous expectations in the pharmaceutical industry desirable (favorable if ADM and/or MA area).

- Both Spanish and English fluent.

- Must contribute to the improvement of projects in the Medical Affairs area, in accordance with international policies and company compliance.
