SWBC is seeking a talented individual to be responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiating complex contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure optimal value, compliance, and risk mitigation. Essential duties include the following:

• Leads end-to-end sourcing processes for high-value and complex categories.
• Develops and executes sourcing strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
• Conducts market analysis, supplier evaluations, and total cost of ownership assessments.
• Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages a wide range of contracts including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and service agreements.
• Ensures contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository and track key milestones and renewals.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitors supplier performance and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Resolves disputes and manage escalations in a timely and effective manner.
• Identifies and mitigates sourcing and contractual risks.
• Ensures adherence to corporate procurement policies and ethical standards.
• Collaborates with legal, finance, and compliance teams as needed.
• Drives process improvements and automation in sourcing and contract lifecycle management.
• Stays current with industry best practices, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law, or related field (Master’s or JD preferred).
• Seven (7) years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex contract structures.
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in Technology, Insurance, Banking, Credit Unions, Mortgage, Investment Services preferred.
• Certification in supply chain or contract management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, IACCM) preferred.
• Familiarity with ESG and supplier diversity initiatives preferred.
