Mission Valley Pet Clinic is a long-standing, well-respected general practice serving cats and dogs in the Allied Garden community for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate, high-quality care, treating every pet and client as a part of our family. Our busy, 3-doctor practice is well-equipped with digital X-rays, a therapeutic K-laser, and a supportive, fun work environment.

We are looking for a Client Service Representative who is dependable, self-motivated, and positive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client care and teamwork, helping us deliver the best possible experience to our multi-generational clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Schedule appointments, manage client communications, and process payments.
  • Assist with coordinating tasks among the veterinary team to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Communicate pet care information to clients clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain client records with accuracy and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of veterinary hospital experience is required.
  • Strong proficiency in customer service, multitasking, and teamwork.
  • Experience with Avimark software is helpful but not required.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and a love for animals are essential.
