The Operations Specialist will take charge of Bolt Drive (Carsharing) operations across Latvia, helping the business grow and expand by ensuring seamless customer communication, maintaining high service quality standards, and continuously improving the Bolt Drive (Carsharing) user experience. This role serves as a critical link between Operations, Customer Support (CS), Accounting, Marketing, and end-users. You’ll focus on managing investigations, resolving complex disputes, analyzing feedback, and improving processes to boost operational efficiency. To thrive in this role, you should be smart, hardworking, and results-driven, with a focus on getting things done in a simple and effective way. Most importantly, you are aligned with Bolt’s values and consistently put them into practice.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

  • <point>Incident Investigation & Fine Management: Investigate vehicle damages and other situations where users have violated the agreement or law, evaluating evidence to determine liability. Coordinate accurate fine invoicing with Accounting, and oversee the further process.</point>
  • <point>Data Analysis & Quality Improvement: Analyze heaps of operational and feedback data (e.g., Looker) to identify root causes of issues. Share acquired insights cross-functionally and implement corrective actions to drive negative feedback toward zero.</point>
  • <point>Customer Communication & Dispute Resolution: Inform users about fines where necessary, with clear reasoning and supporting evidence. Manage escalated customer disputes professionally and empathetically.</point>
  • <point>Stakeholder & Law Enforcement Collaboration: Cooperate with state and municipal police regarding vehicle damages, as well as administrative or criminal violations. Manage police documentation and align with the CS team to improve existing procedures.</point>

  • <point>You’re proactive, results-driven, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are highly proficient in English and Latvian. Russian skills are a plus.</point>
  • <point>You possess a strong analytical mindset; you are comfortable analyzing heaps of data to turn it into action and can synthesize and share those insights effectively across teams. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are a must.</point>
  • <point>You have exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills, allowing you to handle customer disputes with professionalism, objectivity, and empathy.</point>
  • <point>You have a keen eye for detail, particularly when managing financial workflows and evaluating legal or law enforcement documentation.</point>
  • <point>You are familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) and consistently find ways to make operations and customer experience more efficient.</point>
