Your Impact

We are looking for a Business Transformation, Senior Program Manager who will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional managers and leadership across DISCO to discover, design, build, roll-out, and close cross-functional initiatives while ensuring business outcomes are delivered. You will manage and execute complex, transformational programs that deliver high value return to the business.

What You'll Do

  • Manage approach and process for projects within a program. 
  • Align project workstreams and dependencies and manage project resources.
  • Discover, Design, Builds, Roll-Out, and Close. Manage scope and schedule of a project and the potential risks.
  • Leverage tools and templates provided by the portfolio. 
  • Develop appropriate project structure ensuring stakeholders and project team are consistently aligned and prepared throughout the project
  • Create comprehensive change management strategy and plans to drive over-all adoption of strategic initiatives.
  • Leverage change management tools and templates to develop Impact Analysis, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Plans, and Training Plans.
  • Map current state and future state business processes.
  • Identify areas to improve with the given business processes and understand requirements to implement future state solutions.
  • Build and track Project KPIs, understanding how they drive and impact ROI to the business.
  • Build partnerships with Executive Stakeholders across DISCO and effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.

Who You Are 

  • 5-8+ years of experience1-2+ years of change management experience
  • 1-2+ years of process management experienceExperience working with all levels across the organization
  • Effective problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Clear and concise communication and influencing skills

Even Better If You Have

  • Experience with process management with Lean/CI certification
