About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative temporary contract marketing professional to support the Consumer and HCP Marketing Brand Teams for approximately 6–8 months. This role will play a key part in executing brand initiatives, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring marketing programs are delivered on time and in alignment with brand strategy and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment, and experienced in supporting consumer-facing and HCP-facing marketing efforts.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

  • Support day-to-day execution of consumer and HCP brand marketing initiatives across multiple channels (digital, print, media, congress, and patient support programs)

  • Coordinate development, review, and approval of marketing materials in compliance with internal, legal, regulatory, and medical review processes and route through the PRC process

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure projects remain on track

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams such as Legal, Regulatory, Medical, Market Access, Sales, Analytics, and external agencies

  • Assist with brand planning activities, campaign execution, and performance tracking

  • Prepare and update presentations, status reports, and project documentation for internal stakeholders

  • Support agency coordination, including briefing, feedback, and asset trafficking

  • Contribute to budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination as needed

  • Support the consumer and HCP marketing teams with the annual brand planning process

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field

  • 5 + years of marketing experience within pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare, or a regulated industry

  • Experience supporting consumer-facing or patient-focused brands strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with promotional review processes (e.g., MLR/PRC) is a plus

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with project management tools is a plus

Contract Details

  • Open to hybrid or on site

  • Temporary contract role for approximately 6–8 months

  • Full-time hours

  • No long-term employment guarantee, though extension may be considered based on business needs
