Collins Aerospace is seeking a forward thinking, fast paced, committed, and experienced airport / airline professional to join the team. Job duties include being the face of the operation to sites where Collins does not provide onsite support, work with airport / airline partners and vendors, interface with various customers and stakeholders, understand airport common use systems, and overseeing the operational satisfaction of our customers. 

• Owns the customer relationship for remote managed sites
• Attends handoff meeting when program moves from NRE (non-recurring) to REC (recurring) phase
• Raises and approves POs during recurring phase for catalog sales
• Ensures site specific documentation is maintained for remote managed sites
• Triages non-critical issues for remote managed sites and escalates as appropriate
• Owns incident communication for non-critical remote sites
• Owns the FRB (failure review board) and RCA (root cause analysis) for remote managed sites
• Creates and maintains the SDP for remote managed sites
• Escalates potential change orders to Account Management team
• Attends local airport or airport authority meetings remotely
• Interfaces with third-party vendors
• Provides supplemental user training
• Hardware maintenance and warranty management
• SLA (service level agreement) compliance
• Change management compliance
• Track and maintain inventories of customer-maintained sites
• Communicate / coordinate WSUS updates, cyber initiatives, antivirus updates & scans, and other security related activities flowed down from RTX

Qualifications You Must Have *

•    Required to have at least three (3) years’ experience in the Airport or Airline Industry Technical Field, two (2) of which are specific to CUTE equipment application software, or relevant industry experience.
•    Needs strong English and verbal skills.  Bilingual is a plus.
•    Needs excellent client relationship skills.
•    Needs to be proficient in MS Office.
•    Reports to the Managed Services Director of the Americas.
