Job Summary

Looking for a full-time employee to work 4 months taking inbound calls to schedule appointments for insurance agents who sell Medicare Advantage plans to eligible prospects. Ideal candidates will have customer service or similar scheduling experience or be willing to learn. The primary responsibility is to schedule appointments for the beneficiaries who call in. Employees who demonstrate success may potentially be offered a permanent position when the temporary assignment ends.

➢ August 1 – December 31, 2024

➢ Competitive hourly rate

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answering Inbound calls and scheduling appointments with an insurance agent
  • Follow-up outbound calls to confirm appointment or reschedule
  • Disposition excess leads via Lead Center platform
  • Assist caller with scheduling issues
  • Work as part of the Berwick team to assist in meeting company goals
  • Model a high-level of professionalism and integrity with every interaction

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Customer Service or Related Experience
  • Must work in Tucson Office
  • Positive & Self-motivated
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability & Desire to learn
  • Professional Demeanor & Personal Accountability
  • Ability to work flexible schedule
  • Similar Scheduling Experience, a plus
  • High School diploma / College Education a plus
