As an Environmental Compliance Lead, you will be partnering with the best across operations, HSE, project teams, and regulatory bodies. You will collaborate closely with LMS100 Test Bench teams, new‑project stakeholders, AAJV partners, field HSE personnel, and state/federal agencies to ensure full environmental compliance across all activities.
You will help drive alignment across technical, operational, and regulatory groups, ensuring that every process, report, and corrective action meets the highest standards of environmental stewardship. Your leadership will strengthen coordination with external bodies, support project‑level EHS needs, and reinforce a culture where compliance, safety, and accountability are non‑negotiable.

This role fuels your passion for environmental protection and regulatory excellence by placing you at the forefront of managing all environmental concerns for the LMS100 Test Bench and new projects. You will be empowered to lead Title V compliance, interpret complex EPA and TCEQ regulations, and guide teams through reporting, data management, corrective actions, and training.
Your work will directly influence environmental performance, operational readiness, and regulatory trust, while enabling you to shape safer, cleaner, and more compliant project environments. You will play a critical role in developing site‑specific training, supporting audits, and ensuring that environmental standards are upheld across every phase of operations.
As an Environmental Health & Safety Advisor - Health and Safety, you will be responsible for:
Leading and managing all environmental‑related concerns connected to the LMS100 Test Bench and new projects
Coordinating with AAJV on Title V compliance and reporting
Managing Title V Air Permit compliance and maintaining knowledge of Texas environmental regulations (TCEQ)
Managing and assisting with environmental reporting, data recording, and data reporting
Managing corrective action plans and developing responses to regulatory agencies as needed
Providing guidance to field HSE and operations personnel on all aspects of environmental compliance
Developing and providing site‑specific environmental training
Supporting the EHS needs of projects (safety orientation, audits, etc.)
Coordinating with external bodies to ensure compliance
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree in an environmental discipline
Have an understanding of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations, including RCRA, SPCC, NPDES, and CAA
Have an understanding of Title V permitting requirements
Have Visual Emission Training as an asset
Have First Aid or First Responder Training as an asset
Have a general understanding of state‑specific environmental regulations relating to storage tanks, storm water, air, and waste
Have the ability to read and interpret state and federal regulations
Have the ability to provide general environmental training to employees
