Responsibilities:
- As part of the global sales & marketing organization for automotive, work effectively across departments to drive demand creation and revenue growth.
- Working independently as part of GC Auto sales force to achieve team & individual business goal – grow revenue & gain market share.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customers’ account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Working with cross-region/cross-function teams of NXP
- Provide regular sales forecast & report
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master degree in EE preferred;
- Knowledge of software and hardware embedded system
- Knowledge of automotive electronics preferred
- Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good verbal and communication skills in Chinese/English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Frequent domestic travel required
- Be proactive, self-motivated, be a good team member
