Job Responsibilities:

* Coordinate property tea program in support of Food Beverage Department and Restaurant Operations.

* Assist and guide property tea purchasing opportunities for high end items, as well as, property brands used throughout the department.

* Work closely with VIP Marketing and Casino Marketing team to keep informed of VIP and VVIP arrivals.

* Guide tea promotions featuring different types of teas from different regions.

Job Requirements:

* 3 years previous Tea Master working within in a 5-star or luxury hotel property.

* University graduate or above, advanced Chinese tea sommelier certified or related certifications are preferred.

* Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

* Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

* Working knowledge of PC software programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
