How You Will Achieve It?

  • Demonstrate expertise in account management and act as a role model to teammates
  • Directly responsible for sales targets within pre-defined key accounts and engaging key opinion leaders in private and public sector.
  • Execute brand strategies and tactics across portfolio of brands in assigned market such as private and public sector to achieve and/exceed annual sales targets
  • Provide input on local market needs for products and other commercial opportunities based on key customers’ insights to Category Leads and CBLs for them to form strategic planning so to enhance current portfolio and improve partnership with key customers.
  • Partner with Medical to educate key opinion leaders on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes
  • Build relationship and partnership with medical communities, patient groups and head of department/hospital
  • Conduct activities to support product listing in hospitals/institutes to ensure satisfaction and sustainability of the business
  • Observe and comply with the Pfizer compliance and policies

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • University graduate in Science, Pharmacy or related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare industry; those with more experience will be considered as Account Manager
  • Agile, with growth mindset and passionate with strong initiative to take challenge
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in Cantonese, Chinese and English (This position will be Based in Hong Kong Office) 
  • Good computer skills
