Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and perform implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of variety of infrastructure security solutions such as Endpoint Security, Web Security, Email Security, Server Security, Vulnerability Management, etc.
• Co-ordinate requirements and deliverables with the customers, document best practices, schedule and prioritization of tasks,
gather inputs and prepare documentation or briefings for meetings
• Co-ordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades
• Advise and present technical concept, technology selection, design and implementation approach
• Responsible for SOP and engineering level documentations
• Ensure that performance and availability of security solutions in customers’ environment are running at optimum level

Other Duties:
• Assist sales and technical pre-sales activities in responding to tender/RFI/RFP requirements
• Assist in formal technical proposal and present the solution/product
• Assist in security solution Proof of Concept (POC)
