Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred.

  • Basic English communication skills preferred.

  • Excellent customer service and hospitality skills are required.

  • Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments as required.

  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend and walk for prolonged periods of time.

  • Must be able to pull, lift and push up to 250 lbs repetitively during entire shift.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Room Attendants by removing dirty linens, trash and recycle from housekeeping carts. Bring trash to compactor at the end of the day.

  • Ensure excellent condition of equipment, and maintain clean, organized and stocked storage rooms with cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities.

  • Maintain cleanliness of guest areas and elevators, ice and vending machine, stairwells, community laundry rooms, vacuuming guest hallways daily and complete special projects as assigned.

  • Operate a Smartphone device to access assignments and submit, respond, follow and close work orders assigned.

  • Other duties as assigned.
