What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee operational aspects of improvement projects, acting as a liaison between project teams and line management.

  • Review project status, budgets, and schedules, and prepare comprehensive status reports to support programs.

  • Identify and resolve project issues to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.

  • Develop project plans for key initiatives, interface with partners to drive customer centricity, and align continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Manage routine data entry and verification, take ownership of tasks, and assist in new drug application submissions.

  • Prepare materials, manage application review logistics, and lead complex, cross-functional projects with input from sponsors and team members.

  • Provide end-user support for MES issues, be open to feedback, manage meetings and communications, and develop plans for your own projects.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • BA/BS with 3+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with batch record documentation, product and process specifications, and standard operating procedures.
  • Experience in the development and application of analytical methods to address problem resolution.
  • Experience working in the research and development of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer systems and programs.
  • Understanding of Medical Affairs priorities, strategies, and activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • A Master's degree along with substantial work experience in consumer operations or project management.
  • Proficiency in System Application & Products.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • High level of adaptability and willingness to learn.
