As a Marketing Executive at CMC Markets, you will support the coordination and delivery of digital marketing activities across multiple channels. Based in Warsaw, you’ll collaborate closely with channel specialists and regional teams to keep workflows efficient and campaigns delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard. Your mission: provide reliable operational and administrative support that enables global marketing initiatives to run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of campaigns across email, content, affiliate, and paid channels

• Manage administrative tasks including ticket handling, campaign scheduling, and stakeholder approvals

• Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and shared documentation to ensure accuracy and transparency

• Liaise with internal teams—including creative, compliance, and product—as well as external partners such as agencies and affiliates

• Contribute to campaign monitoring and reporting by preparing weekly updates and basic analytics

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all campaign outputs

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or administration

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with digital marketing processes and workflows is an advantage

• Comfortable working with tools such as Excel, project management platforms (Jira), and shared documentation systems

• Clear and proactive communicator with strong written and verbal English skills; Polish, German, or Spanish are a plus

• Bonus: exposure to CRM platforms, affiliate systems, or content management tools (training will be provided)
