Job Description:

Suitable candidates must prove work experience in at least one of the following HR functions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Process monthly payroll procedure to ensure timely, prompt and efficient payroll delivery 
  • Manage tax filing/declaration process
  • Prepare documents including but not limited to payroll, insurance, pension plan, and other periodical and/or regulatory reports
  • Manage employee health and wellbeing programs (e.g. annual medical check-up, flu vaccine injection, employee assistance program)
  • Liaison with BU and branch planning department to plan and manage HR budget

Recruitment

  • Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy and process
  • Identify, attract and engage potential candidates by using databases, job bank etc.
  • Handle the end-to-end Workday recruitment process, which includes job posting, interview feedback collection, and offering compensation approval, ensuring the accuracy of Workday data.
  • Collect new hires onboarding documents and maintain new hires’ E-filing folder as well as hard copy of the document (P-file). 
  • Responsible for the off-boarding process, including termination documentation, returned items collection, and off-boarding document filing.
  • Manage probation process, including probation notice distribution, follow-ups and probation extension process

Training

  • Coordinate the implementation of branch mandatory training, personal effectiveness/leadership training and language programs
  • Prepare training logistics, such as venue reservation, meal ordering, training material preparation, training fee payment, training record maintenance and so on
  • Act as a local point of contact to support the implementation of regional learning and development initiatives at the branch level, such as communicating the launch of regional L&D programs, facilitating nomination for regional training programs

Other HR related support:

  • Support HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate and above with at least 5 years of HR related work experience
  • Recent Workday experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively and courteously with others
  • Good attention to detail and organization skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications)
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations
  • Proficient in English is a must
