We are seeking an experienced and strategic Training & Education and KOL Engagement Leader to manage and drive our educational initiatives and KOL relationships. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing training programs, building strategic capabilities within the organization, and cultivating strong relationships with KOLs to enhance the impact of our medical and product education. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and the ability to analyze outcomes to ensure the success of training and KOL engagement activities. Role can be based anywhere in Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder (KOL) Engagement and Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and other influential stakeholders within the medical and scientific community. Engage KOLs to drive thought leadership, support clinical research, and enhance the credibility of the organization’s products and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL engagement strategies with business goals. Identify and recruit new KOLs and ensure existing relationships are actively nurtured to maximize strategic value.
Strategic Capabilities Building:
Lead the development and execution of training and educational programs that strengthen the strategic capabilities of HCPs and internal teams. Design and implement capability-building initiatives in line with business and customer requirements. Ensure educational content and delivery methods are aligned with the latest industry trends, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business and the market.
Budget Management and Resource Allocation:
Manage the training and education budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet strategic objectives while maintaining fiscal responsibility. Plan and prioritize resource allocation across various KOL engagement and training initiatives to optimize impact. Monitor expenditures and outcomes to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Analytical and Outcome-Oriented Thinking:
Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and KOL engagement activities using relevant metrics and KPIs. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve educational strategies and KOL engagement approaches. Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on the outcomes of training programs and KOL relationship-building activities. Develop action plans based on data insights to ensure continuous improvement in training effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
