About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Benefits Analytics to lead advanced analytics and financial modeling that shape our global benefits strategy.  You will be a strategic partner to Finance and HR leadership, translating complex data into compelling business narratives while building scalable analytics capabilities that support global growth, M&A activity, and evolving benefits programs. **Must be based in EST or CST

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of sophisticated financial models to forecast benefits costs, savings, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate changes in plan design, vendor contracts, and utilization trends.
  • Build clear, data‑driven business cases that inform executive decision‑making and long‑term benefits strategy.
  • Partner closely with Finance and HR leaders to align benefits investments with broader corporate financial goals.
  • Deliver actionable insights and concise recommendations tailored to senior stakeholders and non‑technical audiences.
  • Apply predictive analytics and machine learning techniques to anticipate trends in benefits utilization, engagement, and cost drivers.
  • Own and evolve benefits dashboards and data warehouses, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and global applicability.
  • Serve as the benefits analytics lead for mergers, acquisitions, and integration efforts.
  • Oversee U.S. benefits invoicing, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Provide analytical support for global initiatives and expanded enterprise reporting capabilities.
  • Lead and contribute to cross‑functional, high‑impact projects as business needs evolve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with proven corporate experience, ideally within employee benefits and HR analytics
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Advanced experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Hands‑on experience using AI or advanced analytics for automation, reporting, or operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex analytical insights into clear, persuasive stories.
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker who anticipates questions beyond what is asked.
  • Comfortable operating independently while collaborating across global teams.
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $109,500 - $182,700. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
