About the Role
We're seeking a visionary Director to lead the transformation of Enterprise Learning program operations through AI-enabled innovation and strategic process optimization. This is a pivotal leadership role that will architect the future of how we deliver scalable learning experiences to thousands of employees globally while building the operational foundation for our Enterprise Learning Delivery Center.

As the Director of Program Operations, you'll drive the strategic transformation of our enterprise onboarding, leadership development, and skilling programs at scale, leveraging agentic talent experience technologies and AI to revolutionize how we source, coordinate, and deliver world-class learning experiences.

What You'll Do
Strategic Process Architecture & AI Innovation

  • Architect and implement AI-augmented program operations that scale facilitation models and processes across global delivery hubs

  • Design and govern agentic workflows that transform traditional program coordination into intelligent, automated systems

  • Lead the development of scalable facilitator sourcing and management strategies using AI-enabled matching and optimization

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to integrate emerging technologies into learning delivery operations

Operational Excellence & Delivery Center Strategy

  • Own end-to-end program operations for enterprise onboarding (3,000+ new hires quarterly), leadership development, and enterprise skilling initiatives

  • Establish operational frameworks and governance models that ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions

  • Build and optimize resource planning, budget management, and capacity forecasting processes across multiple cost centers

  • Create data-driven insights and reporting frameworks that inform strategic decision-making and demonstrate measurable business impact

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing program operations team, fostering innovation and operational excellence

  • Partner with global delivery managers, facilitators, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution

  • Build strategic relationships with AI/ML teams, technology partners, and vendor ecosystems to drive continuous innovation

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on operational strategy, resource optimization, and transformation initiatives

Future-State Vision & Transformation

  • Develop and execute a 3-year strategic roadmap (FY27+) for Enterprise Learning Delivery Center operations

  • Lead change management initiatives that drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and delivery models

  • Champion innovation in learning delivery, including virtual/hybrid experiences, AI-powered personalization, and automated program coordination

  • Establish metrics and measurement frameworks that demonstrate operational efficiency gains and learner experience improvements

What You'll Bring
Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in program operations, learning & development, or transformation roles within global technology organizations

  • Proven track record of scaling operations across multiple regions with distributed teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems

  • Demonstrated success implementing AI/automation solutions in learning, HR, or operational contexts

  • Experience managing large-scale programs serving 1,000+ participants with measurable business impact

  • Strong background in budget management, resource planning, and operational governance

Strategic & Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of learning delivery models, facilitation at scale, and adult learning principles

  • Experience with AI/ML applications in people operations, including agentic workflows, automation, and intelligent matching systems

  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting frameworks, and using insights to drive strategic decision-making

  • Expertise in change management, process optimization, and cross-functional program coordination

Leadership Qualities:

  • Exceptional collaboration and influence skills with ability to build trust across global, matrixed organizations

  • Strategic mindset with ability to balance visionary thinking with operational execution excellence
