JOB SUMMARY:

Accenture’s Enterprise Risk Management function plays a unique role in advising, reviewing, and approving innovative new or expanding services the business wants to take to market and in providing enduring guidance and standards to be followed. A broad range of risk areas are considered by the team for each new scenario in collaboration with subject matter experts from across the company (incl. legal, human rights, insurance, marketing, etc.), with a strong focus on considering ethical and extended consequence risks.

Applicants will need to be enthusiastic about emerging areas of risk, and be pragmatic in applying risk considerations in support of a rapidly growing area of the business. Great communication and stakeholder management skills will be key, as well as being organized and having solid analytical capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

What responsibilities will you have?

Risk Reviews

  • Manage end to end risk reviews of new or expanded scope business scenarios
  • Collaborate with senior business leadership, sales teams and subject matter experts from around the company to align on transparent, executive level risk summaries
  • Own and maintain ERM tooling including database of all business scenarios reviewed by the Responsible Services team
  • Support ongoing monitoring and lookback processes for completed reviews
  • Support proactive portfolio level risk assessments

Develop Risk Guidance

  • Own the identification and prioritization process for new topic or technology guidance creation
  • Manage new Responsible Services guidance creation process end to end incl. planning, research, working group management, content development and sign-off
  • Support regular refresh and update to ERM business guidance
  • Support client-facing requests for ERM content

Change Management

  • Own the creation and management of a global ERM awareness and change program
  • Plan and deliver training sessions to varied audiences across the company incl. global leadership teams
  • Create supporting learning and communication assets incl. videos, training materials, cross-company communications, case studies, etc.
  • Lead integration of Responsible Services messaging, frameworks, guidance and standards into core business processes and tools

Analytics | ERM Assets

  • Manage the ERM internal  assets and webpage
  • Monitor and report on usage of ERM assets
  • Deliver analytics and reporting on ERM trends across the service portfolio and project pipeline

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:  No requirement

Work Experience:  5+ years professional experience in a large corporate environment, with Program / change management leadership, familiarity with emerging technologies.  Business consulting and/or ethics / ESG / corporate responsibility experience and/or risk management experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Risk Management or ESG implementation experience.
  • Program / change management planning and delivery.
  • Ability to communicate with and manage executive stakeholders.
  • Reporting and analytics.
  • Superior organizational skills and does not require administrative support.
  • Excellent communication skills, experience working remotely yet part of a team.
  • Superior skills with Microsoft Tools PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours with global partners.
