We are seeking a talented individual to join our General Lines Placement team at Marsh. This role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

As a developing professional within the Placement team, you will support insurance broking activities by running analytics, assisting with insurer negotiations, and preparing proposals. You will work closely with senior colleagues to help manage client insurance programs and contribute to winning new business opportunities.

We will count on you to:

Run analytics and evaluate clients' insurance programs to better serve their needs.
Cultivate a thorough understanding of insurance markets to provide informed support.
Assist senior Placement colleagues during negotiations with insurance carriers by securing and comparing submissions under close supervision.
Prepare proposal components to support senior colleagues in winning new business.
Manage broking responsibilities for a pre-agreed portfolio of clients and new business prospects.
Complete all aspects of the required educational program.

What you need to have:

University degree or equivalent.
Developing experience in insurance placement or broking.
Commitment to undertaking formal insurance accreditation through recognized institutions.
Ability to work under moderate supervision and support senior team members.
