Responsibilities

• Build and drive the development or refresh of key collateral, tools, and training materials to help influence the use of Micron products.

• Collect, analyze, and publish data to supervise success indicators and resolve directional changes in strategies.

• Assist in planning and participating with regional, corporate, and sales training events.

• Develop web tools or apps for the purpose of sales aids or efficiency of data look-ups.

• Help to manage our $1M Marketing budget

Qualifications

• Proven interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and customers.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; presentation skills are a plus.

• An outgoing, adventurous, and upbeat personality.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred but Not Required

• Data analytics capabilities and the ability to use data to tackle problems and inspire change.

• Technical background in engineering (potential undergrad).

• A readiness to undertake extended internships during the spring or fall seasons such as spring/summer.

Education/Experience

• Currently pursuing a BS, BA, or MBA degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics/MIS, or Program Management. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

• Experience in Digital Marketing or Communications.

• Must be in their final semesters
