Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will apply your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing quality processes and methodologies to enhance the application lifecycle. Your role will also include defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and assess the testing process, ensuring that test execution and defect resolution are handled efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and methodologies, making recommendations for improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Lambda Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), AWS Glue. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies. - Proficient in using testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Lambda Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
