The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high quality software solutions in support of our products using the latest technologies available to us. The successful candidate must have excellent analytical skills and be able to apply them effectively to complex problems; they must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as being capable of working independently. They should have experience in delivering high quality solutions on time and within budget while meeting customer expectations. They should also demonstrate their ability to collaborate effectively across teams in order to achieve common goals.

About the Role
· Develop software applications using C# .NET framework, SQL Server, and other related technologies
· Ensure all code developed meets industry standards and best practices
· Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
· Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure that software development aligns with business objectives
· Create unit tests and integration tests for new features or enhancements
· Troubleshoot and debug software issues as needed
· Participate in code reviews and design sessions
· Maintain existing systems by making updates, fixes, and improvements
· Collaborate with other developers to ensure consistency across projects
· Help mentor junior developers when necessary

About You
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent work experience
· 8+ years of relevant professional experience as a software developer
· Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Bootstrap, etc.
· Experience with Microsoft Azure Platform
· Knowledge of relational database concepts including query optimization techniques and data modeling strategies
· Familiarity with agile methodology and associated tools such as JIRA
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written
· Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision but willing to ask questions when needed
· Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through completion
· Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
· Strong attention to detail
