Responsabilités:

Rattaché au Responsable d'équipe, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer les missions commerciales et administratives et notamment l’accueil téléphonique des clients. 
  • Assurer la complétude des dossiers de back office
  • Assurer l’enregistrement des réclamations
  • Veiller au respect des procédures internes et contribuer à la satisfaction client

.

Profil:

  • Expérience dans une fonction similaire et maitrisez les outils informatiques.
  • Sens aigu du service et satisfaction client
  • Rigueur et bonne capacité d'adaptation

Poste en CDI à pourvoir sur le site de Deols.
