Position Summary:
You will join a team focused on planning reliable, efficient supply for products across the 0–36 month horizon. You will work closely with product managers, production planners, manufacturing sites and central planning teams. Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Create and maintain end-to-end supply plans from bulk through final pack for a defined product portfolio.
  • Translate global demand into operational production schedules and support scenario planning.
  • Monitor and improve master data quality and ensure planning parameters are accurate.
  • Produce regular performance reports and dashboards to track KPIs, risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing sites, central planners and stakeholders to resolve capacity or inventory gaps.
  • Support escalation processes and propose mitigation plans to protect supply and patient needs.

Basic Qualifications:
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or related role.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning concepts.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Excel and experience of ERP planning systems (experience with SAP is an advantage).
  • Fluent English, written and spoken. Ability to work in a multicultural matrix environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or clinical supply environments.
  • Familiarity with demand translation, capacity modelling and scenario planning.
  • Experience maintaining planning master data and planning governance.
  • Good presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Additional European language skills (French, Dutch, German) are an advantage.


Working Arrangement:
This position is based in Belgium and will be on-site with a hybrid working pattern discussed at hiring.
