Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related degree.
• 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of federal labor law
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power BI, proficiency)
• HR systems (Tress, Workday)
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Problem Solving Aptitude 
• Desire to work as a team with a results-oriented approach.
• Language: 80% English
• 1st Shift (Schedule availability)
