About The Position
The Senior Analyst, AI and Visualization plays a critical role in shaping how data, AI, and advanced analytics improve the internal and external experience across the ecosystem. The role takes on high-impact business problems—often ambiguous and cross-functional—and translates them into scalable, data-driven solutions that influence strategic decisions across the organization.
This role operates as both a hands-on technical leader and a trusted thought partner, delivering measurable improvements through experimentation, agentic AI solutions, and predictive models while elevating the data science craft through mentorship and collaboration.
Success in this role requires strong analytical and technical capabilities, sound business judgment, and the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to varied stakeholders. The role also requires curiosity, innovation, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance technical depth with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands: In the work environment described, position requires utilizing a computer and a telephone for prolonged periods of time and good eye/hand coordination, bending and stretching, and physical stamina to lift and transport a minimum of 10 pounds. Work Environment: Work is performed full-time (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) in a professional, climate-controlled office environment with standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and telephones. This role requires working in an open setting near colleagues. The noise level is typically low to moderate. The role also requires regular interaction with internal team members in a professional and courteous manner. Some travel may be required, and a flexible schedule may be necessary to accommodate business needs, including occasional evening and weekend work hours.
