What would you do? Coupon Validation Analyst is responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving coupons or promotional offers before they are activated in campaigns. The role ensures that coupons meet business rules, campaign requirements, and system standards to prevent errors, misuse, or revenue loss.
Validate coupons and promotional codes before deployment across marketing campaigns.
Review coupon logic, eligibility rules, expiration dates, discount values, and usage limits.
Ensure coupons comply with campaign requirements, marketing guidelines, and business policies.
Coordinate with campaign managers, marketing teams, and technical teams for clarifications or corrections.
Identify discrepancies or errors in coupon setup and resolve them before campaign launch.
Maintain records of validated coupons and update tracking sheets or validation tools.
Perform quality checks to ensure accurate implementation of coupon rules in systems.
Support troubleshooting of coupon-related issues during live campaigns.
Follow established SLA timelines for coupon validation and approval.
What are we looking for? Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Good understanding of promotional campaigns and discount mechanics.
Ability to follow validation checklists and process documentation.
Basic knowledge of marketing campaign tools or CRM platforms.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and validation.
Experience in campaign operations, digital marketing operations, or promotion management.
Understanding of coupon logic such as usage limits, segmentation, and exclusions.
