JR71821 HIG HBM Reliability Product Engineer (Evergreen)We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Reliability Product Engineer to join our HBM MH Reliability team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving DPM reduction and ensuring the intrinsic reliability of our HBM products. This position requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Reliability Engineering: Intrinsic and extrinsic reliability methodologies, stress testing, and accelerated life testing (ALT).
• Failure Analysis: Root cause analysis (RCA), fault tree analysis (FTA), and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
• DPM Reduction: Statistical process control (SPC), data analytics, and defect prediction to reduce defects per million (DPM).
• Storage Systems Expertise: In-depth knowledge of DRAM, NAND, SSDs, and other semiconductor memory/storage solutions.
• Engineering Principles: Thermodynamics, material science, and stress-strain behavior applied to semiconductor components.
• Test Methodologies: Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), Highly Accelerated Stress Testing (HAST), and burn-in testing.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Advanced data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling for reliability predictions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D teams.
• Standards and Compliance: Familiarity with JEDEC standards, ISO 9001/TS 16949, and other reliability benchmarks.
• Continuous Improvement: Driving initiatives for process improvement, yield enhancement, and defect elimination.
