What you’ll be doing 💪
-You will work with other members of the Sales and Marketing teams to provide quotes, drive sales, and delight our customers.
-Manage renewals and quoting queues in Salesforce.
-Create quotations for Partner Licenses and some ServiceRocket licenses and send them to clients.
-Review opportunities for license quotes required.
-Follow-up quotations to close and escalate to Sales Development Representative, Account -Manager, or Account Executive where required.
-Maintain CRM database and validate data integrity.
-Answering and supporting inbound sales, customer and technical support, and finance-related inquiries via our ticketing systems from prospects and existing customers within service level agreement standards. Escalate to Sales Development Representative, Account Manager or Account Executive where required.
-Proactively stay on top of ServiceRocket products, services and market knowledge via websites, conferences, marketing information and various other resources.
-Attain and Maintain Atlassian Sales Specialist Accreditation.
-Assist with e-commerce sales.
What you’ll bring to the table 🧑‍💻
-Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a technology company. This would ideally be within a call center or customer service/support center with a proven track record of progressive selling opportunities.
-A positive attitude and desire to grow in the role.

-Deeply customer-centric, with strong customer engagement skills.
-Excellent administrative skills, with great attention to detail.
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
-Strong process focus with the ability to suggest and execute process improvements.
-Proven ability to work in a semi-autonomous, independent, and fast-paced environment with minor supervision.
-Proven ability to effectively multi-task, managing to SLAs whilst ensuring strong attention to detail and quality.
-A team player with a can-do attitude who can deliver results in a fast-growing and changing environment.
-Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive.
Bonus Skills:
-Previous experience in a fast-growing software company.
-Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce.
