The Role: 

We need an engineer who can handle everything from partnumber registration to bridging the process from prototyping to mass production. 
Since there are no dedicated owners for molded parts or pumps in PDE or NPI, we need this position within Manufacturing Operations department to take responsibility. 
In addition to acquiring specialized knowledge, we aim to develop talent who can serve as a bridge between our department and other functions. We seek a nextgeneration leader who can drive the section forward. This position may take active role between Yonezawa and overseas team. 

In this role you will: 

• Review of designed products 

• Process design 

• Preparation of equipment and jigs/tools required for prototyping 

• Execution of prototyping 

• Product evaluation 

• SAP registration 

• Communication with other departments and other sites 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent level  

• We prefer candidates from a younger age group, considering their future potential.  

• A major or previous work experience in mechanical, electrical, or information engineering is preferred  

• Highly motivated young talent
