Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level or Experienced Process and Supply Base Management Analyst to join the Executive Assistant team supporting the Global Supply Chain and Integration (GSC&I) Vice President office in Berkeley, Hazelwood and Saint Charles Missouri, Mesa, Arizona, Huntsville, Alabama, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, El Segundo and Huntington Beach, California, and Renton, Tukwila and Seattle, Washington..

Position Responsibilities - Mid-Level 3:

  • Coordinates the design, logistics, and facilitation of BDS GSC&I meetings/events; develops and consolidates executive-level briefings.
  • Monitors and tracks project execution of related plans and communicates status.
  • Forges relationships with counterparts across BDS and other Boeing Business Units to remove obstacles and solve problems
  • Strong time management, collaboration, decision-making, and leadership strengths in written and verbal communications
  • Sound judgment and decision-making ability
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Products - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Travel, on an as-needed basis, in support of, or with leadership or team
  • Completing special projects and ad hoc tasks, as assigned

Position Responsibilities – Experienced Level 4:

  • Responsible for leading and coordinating staff actions with the project managers and/or functional leaders.
  • Ensures objectives are met by scheduling, de-conflicting, and prioritizing key tasks and proactively communicating leadership direction, guidance, and expectations for internal and external audiences
  • Communicates strategic initiatives and projects activities to senior leaders.
  • Leads cross-functional process management activities.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • More than 2 years of experience working with Program management/ Project management
  • More than 2 years of experience in producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level – working with Senior level leaders
  • More than 2 years of experience leading projects or teams
  • More than 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office Products - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • More than 2 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • More than 2 years of experience working in Supply Chain or Supplier Management
  • More than 2 years of experience working with large scale data systems and analytics
  • More than 2 years of experience using lean principles
  • More than 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
  • More than 2 years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Mid-Level 3: More than 3 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experienced Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typical Education/Experience:

Mid-Level 3: Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Experienced Level 4: Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time. Travel fluctuations will be based on key leadership activities.

Summary pay range for Mid-Level 3: $71,400 - $100,800

Summary pay range for Experienced Level 4: $86,700 - $123,900
