Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Director – Digital Transformation to join our team!
The Program Director – Digital Transformation will lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across the organization’s development, infrastructure, operations, and corporate functions. The role requires a strategic leader with a strong blend of business transformation, technology integration, PMO/PMC expertise, stakeholder management, and operational excellence within large-scale government or semi-government organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational objectives and national vision initiatives.
- Lead complex digital programs involving smart city platforms, ERP systems, AI integration, BIM/GIS technologies, data analytics, IoT, digital PMO solutions, and enterprise automation.
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, reporting dashboards, and digital performance metrics across multiple business units and projects.
- Manage cross-functional teams, consultants, technology vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Drive process optimization, operational efficiency, and digital innovation across development and asset lifecycle functions.
- Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies, digital trends, cybersecurity considerations, and transformation roadmaps.
- Ensure integration between technology systems, development operations, project controls, finance, procurement, and asset management platforms.
- Lead change management initiatives, organizational readiness, and capability development programs.
- Oversee budget planning, risk management, procurement support, and contractual compliance related to digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 25 years of professional experience, including significant leadership experience in digital transformation, smart infrastructure, large-scale development programs, or enterprise technology implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience with government entities, giga projects, smart city initiatives, or major development organizations is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital PMO systems, ERP platforms, BIM/GIS integration, AI/data analytics, and enterprise transformation frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and large stakeholder environments.
- Excellent executive communication, strategic planning, and organizational leadership skills.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, TOGAF, or related certifications are considered an advantage.
