Senior Manager, Supplier to Serve, Enterprise Business Services is responsible for supporting Accounts Payable and helping to manage and support key transformation programs. The position will be responsible for the transformation, auditing and monitoring of Store Payables processes: Invoice Exceptions, MUMDs, Open Receiving, WAVE, Transmittals and MTRs. Additionally, Sr. Manager will build insights that tie into the health of store payables, merchant, supply, supplier, and store operations. The manager will effectively communicate to suppliers, business partners and leadership on recommendations. The position will work closely with operations, technology, finance, and business partners to translate challenges into data problems and use existing data to solve those problems.
What you'll do...
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs developing and communicating business plans and priorities removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance providing resources identifying performance standards measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly developing contingency plans and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training mentoring assigning duties building a teambased work environment establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations providing recognition and rewards coaching for success and improvement and fosters a culture of belonging
Promotes and supports company policies procedures mission values and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application ensuring compliance with them and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans programs and initiatives consulting with business partners managers coworkers or other key stakeholders soliciting evaluating and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness and participating in and supporting community outreach events
Data Management To implements data management solutions and manage metadata environment Lead changes and revisions to data data sources and data hierarchies within given guidelines Query report and analyze metadata to ensure consistency across platforms for example ensuring that the reason for termination of an associate updated in the system reflects in all upstream and downstream systems to ensure claims are processed seamlessly
Finance Accounting To break down key business processes allocate costs and income on an agreed standardized basis and identify performance issues Apply various costing methods such as standard marginal and absorption methods and explain corresponding advantages and disadvantages Implement managerial costing models and processes to improve decision support beyond basic cost accounting Oversee the receivables process identify ways to mitigate debtrelated risks calculate the impact of debtors on financial ratios calculate nonroutine provisions Oversee the payables process calculate the impact of creditors on financial ratios Oversee all monthend close processes and activities Reconcile complex accounts involving inconsistent data from nonintegrated systems Prepare basic financial statements and reports and ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with reporting requirements Apply knowledge of more advanced financial accounting standards eg leases pensions deferred taxes Analyze the impact of changes in reporting standards or accounting methods on financial statements
Governance Control To participate on a project team tasked with evaluating existing internal controls Review data gathered from various businesses pertaining to controls and governance guidelines Identify and highlight deviations from the defined processes and guidelines such as workflow discrepancies recording methods and systems flow reconciliation process and policies etc Assist in developing internal control reports to be provided for audit purposes Review and test existing controls and governance policies pertaining to regulatory framework on a periodic basis and highlight need for modifications if any

Project Management To manage projects or multiple work streams utilizing project evaluation tools methods and performance dashboards owns discovery of project requirements through deep subject matter expertise align on timelines tasks schedule resources and monitor status
Create guidelines and methods for managing projects and ensures project partners follow proper procedures oversees alignment on timelines tasks schedule resources utilization and monitor project progress Assess complex changes and lead factbased decisions in highrisk situations for example critical issues timeline adjustments unforeseen circumstances ensuring all stakeholders are in alignment with project approach Lead the development of communication and change frameworks to drive alignment with business strategy and desired outcomes
Service Excellence To participate in developing a variety of effective ways to deal with difficult and complex problems impacting large volume of transactions across different systems
Conduct and act on reviews of open servicetransactions requests Ensure teams maintain focus on value added services communicate with stakeholders on qualityofservice measurements Anticipate strategic and emerging service needs and consult with management on modifying business processes to enhance service delivery Research trends and developments in service provision Coach others on best practices and how to deliver excellent customer service in a variety of settings

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
