Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing security solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with the latest security trends and technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - ECyberArk Implementation and Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain CyberArk solutions, including the Privileged Access Security (PAS) suite. Ensure the system is optimized for performance and security. Privileged Account Management: Oversee the management of privileged accounts and credentials, including creation, modification, and removal. Implement and enforce policies for privileged access and authentication. Access Controls and Policies: Develop and enforce policies and procedures for privileged account access. Implement least privilege principles and ensure appropriate access levels for users and systems. Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor privileged account activity and access logs using CyberArk and other security tools. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. Incident Response: Respond to and investigate security incidents related to privileged accounts. Perform root cause analysis and implement remediation actions to address security issues. Integration and Optimization: Integrate CyberArk with other security and IT systems (e.g., SIEM, identity management solutions). Continuously evaluate and optimize CyberArk configurations to improve security and operational efficiency. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and deliver regular reports on privileged account usage, security incidents, and compliance status. Maintain detailed documentation of CyberArk configurations, policies, and procedures. Training and Support: Provide training and support to IT and security teams on CyberArk best practices and privileged access management. Develop and maintain user guides and operational documentation. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that privileged identity management practices comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Stay informed about emerging threats and best practices in privileged access management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices. - Experience with cloud security technologies and tools such as AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, or Google Cloud Security Command Center. - Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies. - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS. - Experience in conducting security assessments and audits. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other privileged access management (PAM) solutions such as BeyondTrust or Thycotic. - Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and practices. - Experience with security incident response and management. - Understanding of network security concepts and technologies. - Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelor or college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
